Deara Service Providers
Deara Labs LLC uses selected third-party service providers to operate, secure, and support Deara. This page identifies Deara's AI and transcription providers and describes the categories of other service providers that may process personal information on Deara's behalf.
This page supplements the Deara Privacy Policy at https://deara.app/privacy. It is provided for transparency and does not create additional contractual rights, warranties, or guarantees.
The AI providers identified below process Memory content for Deara. Other service-provider categories are described separately below. Third parties that determine their own purposes and means of processing are governed by their own privacy notices.
AI and transcription providers
Deara does not use the content of your Memories to train AI models, and its AI and transcription providers are contractually prohibited from doing so.

Provider retention practices are governed by Deara's agreements with each provider. A summary of retention periods will be added to this page once verified.
Deara requests explicit permission before Memory content is first transmitted to a third-party AI or transcription provider for the relevant purpose. Further information about AI processing and permission controls is available in the Deara Privacy Policy.

Provider requirements
Deara requires its service providers to process personal information only as permitted by the applicable agreement and for the services they provide to Deara.
Where required by applicable law, Deara uses appropriate contractual or other lawful safeguards for international processing.
Changes to this page
Deara may update this page when providers or processing arrangements change.
Where a change materially affects an AI provider, the purpose of AI processing, the categories of information transmitted, or the applicable data-use terms, Deara will provide any notice and request any renewed permission required by applicable law or the Deara Privacy Policy before the affected future transmission occurs.
